For those of you who think these moves by Ireland are skeptical, remember he is Parcell's understudy, and Parcells was a huge fan and expert on linebackers (the guy unearthed three of the biggest linebacker gems ever - Taylor, Ware and Wake). Here's a Parcells quote; "I like linebackers. I collect 'em. You can't have too many good ones." So Ireland most likely consulted with Parcells about Ellerbee and Wheeler... don't fret too much!
