The Miami Dolphins and wide receiver Mike Wallace have agreed to a five year deal worth $65 million. The guaranteed money is expected to be around $30 million.
Wallace is currently going through his physical, and is expected to formally sign the contract at 6pm ET.
Wallace spent the first four years of his career with thePittsburgh Steelers. During that time, he caught 235 passes for 4,042 yards, with 32 touchdowns. He was a Pro Bowl selection in 2011.
The move gives the Dolphins the number one wide receiver they have coveted, as well as the speed the offense was lacking last year.
The Dolphins are also expected to pursue tight end Jared Cook, particularly after former tight end Anthony Fasano agreed to terms with the Kansas City Chiefs today.
