Signing Moore was more of "Luxury" move.
I also viewed signing Bush as a "Luxury" move, but at least he would have been scoring TD's instead of holding a clip board.
So I would have put that 4 mil/year towards signing Bush..anyway lets move on
We need to fill 5 starting positions today:
WR (also need to add a quality backup)
Corner (also need to add a quality backup)
Tackle (lets just say we need a Right Tackle)
TE
FS
Lets assume we can draft 2 potential starters with picks 1 and 2a
Based on average salaries, the draft should look something like this:
Starting Corner
Starting WR
So in FA, we should be looking for a starting RT, TE and FS
We could still sign our guys at TE and FS, but we have to go outside for a RT

I guess we will see how the actual offseason plan unfolds starting Tuesday...
