First of all, I want to stress how happy I am with the position of this team right now. Playing meaningful games in December is always a good thing. The win yesterday was sweet. Tannehill is developing, the defense is strong and I feel Philbin really has control of the team right now.
However - with some of the changes going on around the NFL right now, I wanted to bring up two personnel decisions for this coming up off season. I always love speculating. Even if we make it to the playoffs, I feel our offensive play calling could improve. Gary Kubiak is an intriguing option for offensive coordinator. The history he has in the West Coast offense is impressive. I think he could be an improvement over Sherman.
And the Titans are, apparently, not looking to bring back Chris Johnson next season.

Would these two acquisitions push the Dolphins from good to great? Just wondering what everyone else thinks. I feel Taylor Lewan is attainable in next years draft, and with improvement to the offensive line, we could be an elite offense in 2014-2015.
