The Jonathan Martin Situation

Greetings Dolphins Fans! First of all, great victory over the Bengals on Thursday night! But I have to ask you all your opinion on a much more pressing matter and that is the way some Dolphin players have mistreated their starting LT, Jonathan Martin. Who's at fault here? Is it Martin for not being mentally tough and being a tad too sensitive or is it more the fault of his childish, immature teammates who can't get beyond the high school lockerroom mentality? These are suppose to be grown, professional men who get paid a lot of money to do what they do and they should behave like professionals! Are there any legal experts out there? I wonder if Martin can sue the Dolphins organization for harrassment and hostile work environment? Martin should have used his tremendous size and starting kicking ass down there citing the SYG law. It would have applied here! But at any rate, do you Dolphin fans think that Martin is just being a little too soft and should have thrown his weight around more in the lockerroom to get his respect? The only way to confront a bully is to punch him in the nose and if he comes back, punch him again but only harder!
