I'll probably take all sorts of sh*t for this, but I don't really care. Here we are, a year and a half into his career and he continues to be nothing more than mediocre. Doesn't make adjustments at the line, bad pocket awareness, can't throw the deep ball, and turns the ball over more than he scores. He's not a franchise QB, I don't care what everyone says about the o-line, the receivers etc. He isn't that good
So why not trade him? We could maybe get a 1st and a 3rd round pick for him from someone like Jacksonville and then we could go ahead and tank the rest of the season to get Teddy Bridgewater and a LT. I would love to see it happen but it won't, the front office will hold onto Tannehill for 5-6 years and we'll sink back into the team we saw in the 2000's.
