It continues to baffle me as to why when Sherman discovers something that works, he goes away from it.
Charles Clay has been very good in the last couple of games or so. So it is only fitting that he is not figured into the game plan. Damn, Sherman.
Next up Egnew lined up in the backfield and was rather impressive as a lead blocker for the RBs. Not only did we not continue to use this effective tool in the game, Sherman chose not to play action off of this run action. Damn, Sherman.
Miami came out running in a man blocking scheme with some nice gains and then for some unknown reason we switch to a shotgun zone blocking play and claim we are not running well. Damn, Sherman.
Finally we were successful at putting the bite back into our O-line by power run plays yet Sherman pulls their teeth in the 4th quarter by going pass heavy forcing the O-line to play in retreat. Damn, Damn, Damn, Sherman.
