Seven weeks after the deadly school shooting at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, the school's chorus will sing before Super Bowl XLVII.
The Sandy Hook Elementary School chorus will sing "American the Beautiful" before Super Bowl XLVII this Sunday. CBS will televise the performance during their pregame coverage.
Sandy Hook Elementary was the scene of the December 14 shooting in which 20 first graders and six adults were killed.
The Super Bowl is set to kick off at 6:30pm Eastern time, featuring the San Francisco 49ers and Baltimore Ravens in the Mercedes Benz Superdome. Alicia Keys will sing the National Anthem.
