The Associated Press released their All-Pro list today, with two players (Adrian Peterson, J.J. Watt) being unanimous selections. For the Dolphins, defensive end Cameron Wake was selected to the first team with a career high 15 sacks. This is the first time Wake has made the first team in the AP's All-Pro selections.

Miami Dolphins defensive end Cameron Wake was named a member of the Associated Press' First Team All-Pro today. Wake had a career high 15 sacks on the season and was one of the most disruptive pass rushers all season long. He easily made the selection, receiving 28 out of a possible 50 votes. This was Wake's first selection to the AP First Team. He was named to the second team in 2010.

Two players were unanimous selections, with Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson and Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt receiving that honor. Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson was one vote shy of being a unanimous selection.

Once again, there was a Dolphins player that was overlooked, not being named to the First or Second team rosters. Center Mike Pouncey was skipped in favor of the Seattle Seahawks' Max Unger on the First Team and Pouncey's twin brother Maurkice from the Pittsburgh Steelers making the Second Team. NFL.com's Gregg Rosenthal addressed the center selections with a first sentence reading:

Mike Pouncey, Maurkice's brother on the Miami Dolphins, was overlooked here.
