My Ideal offseason!!

First we need to resign all our free agents. Resign Jake Long first. Then trade him to whatever team will give you the highest draft pick for him. Trade Cameron Wake for the highest draft pick you can get, because he is getting older. Trade Sean Smith for the highest draft pick someone will give you for him. We have Nate Kaeding and Dan Carpenter still under contract. Decide which kicker is better then trade the other for a mid to late round draft pick.. whatever you can get. Sign extra kickers and punters. Trade them for draft picks. Use those draft picks to upgrade our offensive line until we have an O-line that is full of Pro Bowlers.

Sign every single free agent out there until there is no free agent left worth anything. Trade them for draft picks. Trade those draft picks along with players that are counting the most towards your salary cap to get younger players with as much or more upside. For example I would target a guys like JPP and JJ Watt since we traded away Cameron Wake.

On offense I would go after Julio Jones and AJ Green because they are still young and probably have a lower salary cap number than guys like Calvin Johnson.

I would also try to trade Tannehill for Andrew Luck. If the Colts don't go for it right away I would throw a couple of extra 1st round picks to make the deal go through. If that didn't work I would definitely work on Tannehill's awareness in training camp because that is the best way to improve a rookie QB.

I would run a 4-3 base defense, but I would blitz on every single play and play man coverage, taking my chances. The offensive gameplan is even simpler. I would line up in shotgun formation and call a hail mary on every single play. Defenses wouldn't know how to stop it because they won't even have a guy to line up on one of the slot receivers most of the time and you can throw a quick 10 yards to that guy every single time. If that doesn't work you can alway take a chance and throw it to one of your two #1 WRs even if they are covered, because with they can usually win anyway. If that doesn't work Luckily Tannehill can check it down to Reggie Bush(assumimg we werent able to trade him with draft picks for Alfred Morris) for 5-20 yards, or run it himself if they are in nickel or dime and they are dropping into coverage.

In the end we will win every single game 255-0, and win the Super Bowl, while still having 3-4 1st round picks to restock next year(can't leave the cupboard bare... after all)
