The NFL announced today the nominees for their weekly awards, with Miami Dolphins players nominated for two of them. Now, it's up to fans to vote for the winner. Will we be able to get Reggie Bush and Ryan Tannehill the recognition this week?
Each week, the NFL nominates players for the FedEx Ground Player of the week, taking all of the best rushing attacks from the weekend to form their nominees. Reggie Bush was clearly the class og the ground attacks this week, gaining 172 yards on 26 carries with 2 touchdowns. Nominated with Bush are Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch (26 carrikes, 122 yards, 1 touchdown) and the Buffalo Bills' C.J. Spiller (15, 123, 2).

The league also nominates players for Rookie of the Week following the conclusion of Monday Night Football. Dolphins rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill made the list of nominees this week, coming off of a 18-for-30, 200 yard, 1 touchdown performance as he scored his first win. Against Tannehill this week are St. Louis Rams punter Johnny Hekker (54.3 yards per punt average, 48.7 net per punt, 66 yard long), Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck (20-for-31, 224 yards, 2 touchdowns), Cleveland Browns running back Trent Richardson (19 carries, 109 yards, 1 touchdown), and Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson (15-for-20, 151 ysrds, 1 touchdown, 28 yards rushing).
