The second week of the NFL season concludes tonight with the Sunday night game. Your local NBC affiliate will be airing tonight's game. The Detroit Lions at the San Francisco 49er's will start tonight at 8:20pm Eastern. The game can also be streamed live at NBCsport.com here.

This game pits two 1-0 teams and two playoff favorites from the NFC against one another. The game also marks the rematch between Detroit's Jim Schwartz and San Francisco's Jim Harbaugh who of course had the famous "handshake incident" from last season where both men had to be separated following the game. San Fran won that game 25 to 19 over the Lions.
