Raiders at Dolphins: Oakland Leads 10-7 at the half.

The Oakland Raiders and Miami Dolphins have slugged it out defensively, with Oakland slipping to a 10-7 halftime lead.

The Dolphins offense started fast this week, driving 80 yards to take the lead 7-0. Rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill ran the ball in on a two-yard bootleg for the score. After that, the Raiders defense clamped down on the Dolphins.

On the other side of the ball, it was essentially the same story for most of the half. The Raiders scored early on a long swing pass that featured uncalled holding, a horrible angle by Chris Clemons, and just bad execution by the Dolphins.

The teams then traded punts for most of the half, before the Raiders were able to drive down for a 25-yard field goal with 49 seconds left.

As for the Dolphins' offense, clearly, the go to guy right now is Brian Hartline. Hartline, who sat out all of the preseason with a calf injury, has 56 yards receiving on 4 receptions (6 targets). Rookie running back Lamar Miller has 25 yards on 4 carries today, his first live action.

Hopefully, the Dolphins offense can answer the Raiders in the second half, and pull out this win.
