Dolphins' Opening Game TV Ratings at 10-year Low

I think it's due to a combination of factors. The team's moves eerily resemble those of a rebuilding team - trading away players for future draft picks, starting a rookie QB, installing new systems on offense and defense, and not signing any big-name free agents; plus the team looked mostly bad in pre-season; plus a lot of people enjoyed watching the Miami Heat dominate and they might not be in the mood to watch a losing squad. But really, the rebuilding-vibe and poor pre-season have led to an all-time high in pessimism and disinterest. And that's a shame - everybody wanted a first-round QB, we got one the coaching staff believes in, but apparently fans aren't interested in watching him develop on TV.
