Adam Schefter: NFLPA Approves New IR Rule, Moves Trade Deadline

According to Adam Schefter, the NFLPA has now approved the changes proposed by the NFL. One player will be able to be activated from IR during the season and the trade deadline is now after Week 8. [UPDATE 12:42pm:] The rule reads that a player has to be returning from a "major" injury. As Ben Volin pointed out, that could leave a lot of gray area. Does Brian Hartline's calf count as a "major" injury?
