Concluding the August approval ratings posts, we reach Miami Dolphins head coach Joe Philbin. Philbin's post got pushed back a day by...well, by Philbin. Yesterday, Philbin announced he was making rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill the Dolphins' opening day starter, which of course dominated the page, and made something extra like this not fit into the publishing schedule.
Of course, fans have their first chance to see Philbin in game situations. But, those are preseason games, so how much do they really count?
