I got a lot of complaints from my other friends about Pittsburgh not making the playoffs. Big Ben with a new offense, torn rotator cuff, and a disgruntled Mike Wallace...it's not happening people. New England to the two seed by proxy of their easy schedule.

The AFC is clearly the weaker conference. I think with solid QB play the Bills are a sleeper team, I also think that Peyton is going to get injured with the Broncos this season. Even without Suggs the Ravens are still my current favorite.

The NFC has a lot of quality teams that will be fighting for playoff spots. The Bears were a Super Bowl caliber team before Cutler got hurt, and they've only gotten better. Only one team will make it out alive in the NFC east, and I think it will be Dallas. I don't particularly like the Cowboys, but I need Vick to prove that he can play 16 games for the Eagles this year, and the World Champ Giants won't do enough to make it into the playoffs (they were one game away from elimination last season).

On an aside, the Dolphins are looking at an 8 win season. They could nab that last wild card spot from Buffalo with solid QB play and no injuries.
