Concluding the July approval ratings posts, we reach Miami Dolphins head coach Joe Philbin. Obviously, Philbin is a rookie head coach, with no game experience to base our approval ratings on, but this will give us a base line to see what happens when we reach the season.
After this month, the true ability to judge Philbin will start, with training camp and preseason games getting us through August to the start of the season in September.
