We continue our monthly approval ratings post this morning with Miami Dolphins general manager Jeff Ireland. Ireland spent most of the offseason as the focal point for all of the fan frustrations with the team. However, after a well orchestrated draft, the vitriol seemed to lessen.

Last month, Ireland received a 65% approval rating, with another 18% not sure what to think of the general manager.
Now, with the team trying to be more open with the fans, the announcement of the team being featured in HBO's Hard Knocks, and the addition of Chad Ochocinco to the team, how do you feel about Ireland, and the job he is doing?
