Last month, we started a new monthly segment on the Phinsider, where we ask you for your current view of the Miami Dolphins' top three personnel. We start off each month's series by looking at the Dolphins' owner Stephen Ross.

Last month's vote took place just after the NFL draft, so the negativity that had been common among Dolphins' fans seemed to have evaporated as the potential for the future of the franchise refreshed the fan base. Since the draft, Ross has become more accessable to the media and the fans, including a conference call with seasaon ticket holders last week.

Last month, Ross received a 55% approval rating, with 24% stating they were not sure how they felt about the Dolphins' owner. Now, it's time to vote for this month.
