That was the cry we heard and I was leading it in many ways. To me Ireland has been a huge disappointmentand and he still is. I can count on my hands the great players he's drafted and the great free agent moves he's made since he's been here. People keep saying he's a great evaluator of talent but too many busts and not enough boom.

That being said I think he managed the draft very well. He addressed 3 out of the 4 top needs on this team early in the draft and loaded up on WRs late in the draft and through undrafted free agent.

Team Needs

• QB - Picked the best rated QB available to him. I hope he is a future franchise QB but Irelands carreer depends on it.
• RT - This line was a disaster last year with Columbo and if that did not get fixed there was no way this team could succeed.
• WR - This teams WR is probably one of the worst in the NFL now. While I like Hartline and Bess both of them are 3rd and 4th receiver material not 1 and 2. We picked up 4 rookies but it's likely none will be stars.
• Pass Rusher - Picking up a highly rated pass rusher in the 3rd round should help replace the pressure Jayson Talor was providing last year.

Now I can only pray that the players he's picked can provide this team with immediate help.
