The 2012 NFL Draft has completed the first three rounds, meaning the Miami Dolphins have landed four draft prospects. The first was Texas A&M quarterback Ryan Tannehill yesterday. Today, the team added offensive tackle Jonathan Martin from Stanford in the second round.
Then, in the third, Miami selected Olivier Vernon, the University of Miami defensive end, with the 72nd pick, then traded back out of the 73rd position. After giving the San Diego Chargers the 73rd pick, the Dolphins selected Michael Egnew, the Missouri tight end, as well as gaining the 138th pick.
