So tonights food based question is what is your favorite recipe? What is your favorite dish to make and make for other?

Mine is my chili. I have had people ask for the recipe but I think I may just leave it to someone in my will. Yeah it's that good. I don't make it too often because a. it takes a good part of a day to make and b. it's really a cold weather food and it's hot here most of the time or at least it seems that way.

As always this is an open thread meaning that any topic is on the table with the exception of politics and religion. Please limit the posting of picks to two or three per person. Also please no GIF's in any of the live thread. They slow down the load speeds for those on slower connections.
