Tampa Bay trade?

I've been doing my full first round mock draft and it really got me thinking. I'm predicting Vikings take Claiborne and Browns select Richardson. The Bucs have two strong WR's and don't need a tackle. If it plays out this way you'd have to think they'd be desperate to trade down to gain some picks. According to draft chart value it would cost the Phins a 3rd and 4th rounder to trade up from 8th to 5th pick. I mean, not that I condone this, but they could get an elite tackle in Matt Kalil. He could play at RT for a year and if Jake Long's contract negotiations don't work out, he's a heck of an insurance policy. Kalil would instantly make the o-line elite. Again, not that I agree with this and I know everybody is sick of the Dolphins picking O-line players...but when you have an opportunity to get an elite player and fill an immediate need...do you pull the trigger if you're Ireland?
