The NFL has handed out this year's crop of compensatory picks. For anyone who doesn't know, compensatory picks are extra draft picks given to teams that lost either a lot of free agents, or some very talented free agents the year before. Teams can not trade the compensatory picks in any way. The formula is complicated, but that's just a basic overview. In total, 32 picks were handed out to 15 teams, with the raiders receiving the most (a 3rd rounder, 4th rounder and 5th rounder) for losing Nnamdi Asomugha, Zach Miller and Robert Gallery. The Dolphins did not receive any this year, and had received a 7th round selection last year. Check the link for the full list.
