I figured we should start this Post already. I am not waiting until the draft either. He should have been fired a long time ago, in my IMO but how do you guys feel? Let me present you with a few facts about Ireland's GM history with the Fins as of late.

• Lets start with Mr. Ireland calling Dez Bryant's Mom a whore that was uncalled for on so many grounds even if she was one.
• Speaking of Cowboy player's Ireland gladly takes their rejects and places them on our team.
• Last year his handling of Harbaugh should have been be placed into question.
• This year being rejected by Jeff Fisher was another Ireland mistake, mostly because Ireland was here.
• Peyton Manning didn't even have a look at our facilities this year. We were the only team he didn't come to, that is pathetic.
• Matt Flynn may or may not be a mistake only time will tell but it was surely mishandled.
