The 2012 NFL league year started with the Miami Dolphins making a splash. It just wasn't the splash fans of the team were expecting. Various media reports are saying the Dolphins have shipped Pro Bowl wide receiver to the Chicago Bears in exchange for two third-round draft picks.
Speculation of a trade of the wide receiver to move up to the second overall draft position ran rampant earlier this offseason, but no one saw a trade coming for two third round choices.
