What I have learned because of Peyton Manning

Stay connected for news and updates

Lets be honest this Peyton Manning ordeal has been draining. We have been considered favourites to now not even being considered (according to sources). Its all a game of high stakes poker being played and if we lose I for one will not be mad, not even a little bit.

Through this it has constantly been stated what we have and that the thought of being a QB off is closer to the truth. The only negative that most people come up with is the fact we have to play Tom Brady and the Jest twice and a rookie coach .. Really? That's it .. So we have a great defence, solid play makers and solid pieces for an elite offensive line. Most of teams weakness can be hidden by elite QB play (just see the Colts) so without that ability we have shown we are a pretty good squad missing one key piece.

If Peyton and his people are dumb enough not to see what the team has than that is there loss. We have other options with Matt Flynn and/or Ryan Tannehill. While neither of these options would bring the instant success or marketing power or more importantly national media attention what they can bring this team wins for now and more importantly in the future.

Now this doesn't mean I don't want him on my team or even think we won't be better because of him. I just think we already have a very good football team and with or without Manning our future is bright. I will support the Dolphins which ever way it breaks because Manning makes the choice not the Dolphins and regardless will have a good chance at success. (maybe just not as big of a pay day for Ross haha)
