Brian Hoyer is a name we haven't really kicked around here yet. I just re-read his scouting report and he is really intriguing. 6"2, 215, Michigan State, played in a pro style offense.
What stuck out to me in the scouting report (ESPN Scouts Inc) is that he has a very quick release, very smart, good in the pocket, excellent touch and velocity. This is before spending three years in the Patriots system.
