Super Bowl Meals
I thought I write about what constitutes my Super Bowl (fiesta) meal. This Super Bowl tradition seems to be as big in America as Memorial Day and the 4th of July. I'm especially stoked cause I have my two boys with me today and their pretty excited. Along with them, one brought a friend and one brings his girlfriend. More, I have my girfriend and her boy with his girlfriend over. It has started early with cooking around 1:30 MT. We're having shrimp with cocktail, pork ribs, beef ribs, chicken wings (both spicy and mild) and a special chip sauce. Plenty of soda and a few beers to top things off....
What I'd like to see with this post is what everyone else is doing, or having for their Super Bowl meal. Let's hear it. It's fun to share and fun to see what the different traditions and meals are going to be. I remember Matty's last Super Bowl fiest, which included all kinds of seafood... a buffet with a nice size crowd. I got to thinking about that as the girlfriend and I were trying to come up with something for our crew.
So what do you have? Let's post and have a tad of fun before the main game thread begins....

You're a pretty humble guy anyway. Especially for a Pats fan.

I remember the years at the bottom of the division.
I know I’ve been blessed, and I’m very, very thankful.

It would be a great opportunity for you guys. He's a Marino-esque QB.
One thing about him, though is he’s had the same OC since the beginning (and that guy now works for the Jets). Actually there was talk of him going to the Jets to be reunited with him (Tom Moore, I believe).
Pretty much if you got him, the OC would have to work with him to set up an offense that he is comfortable with. There’s only so much time Peyton has, and you don’t want to waste it by teaching him new tricks.

There’s talk he might not even go one.

Yep, there's just no way to know except to play the games and see how they turn out.
That’s the beauty of football.
