Where Manning will end up?
We all know that Manning will be released during the offseason and will be searching for a new home. Lets get right to it and go through where he will end up based on what we are being told by sources.
Some sources are saying that Peyton wants to remain in the AFC because he knows the competition and does not want to switch to another division at this stage in his career and may not want to go to the same conference as his brother. So that eliminates 16 teams right off the bat. We can also eliminate the Colts, Texans, Steelers, Ravens, Bengals, Patriots, and Chargers because they already have their QB.
Next we are told that he wants to play in either a dome or a warm weather area. That eliminates the Browns, Denver (they have Tebow anyways and Manning wouldn't want to get in the middle of it), Chiefs, Bills, Jets (he probably wouldn't want to go to the same city as his brother anyways), and the Titans (who already have Locker who played well when given the opportunity).
That leaves the Jaguars, Raiders, and the Dolphins. Next he wants a good Defense, which eliminates the Jags. Leaving the Raiders and Dolphins. The Raiders have already traded 2 first round picks for Palmer. Plus I believe the Dolphins are in a better position to win now.
Let's just say however that the conference doesn't matter to him and the sources are wrong. We eliminate the cold weather teams and those who have a QB, Packers, Lions, Bears, Eagles, Giants, Cowboys, Saints, Panthers, Falcons, Seattle, Rams (or at least Fisher thinks so).
Leaving the Dolphins, Vikings, Redskins, Buccaneers, 49ers, and Arizona. I do not think that the 49ers will give up on Smith to take the risk on Manning since Smith did play really well and Jim loves him. The Vikings are in a tough division and i don't think they have a team that can win now. Same could be said about the Redskins who will also be eyeing the #2 spot for RG3. The Buccaneers are also rebuilding and they have Freeman.
That leaves the Dolphins and Arizona. Both warm area places so neither advantage there. The Dolphins have a better O line and skill receivers, but the Cardinals have Fitz, so lets call this a tie. The Dolphins have a better Defense so advantage Miami. The Cardinals have a proven head coach, nothing on Philbin but he doesn't experience so advantage Arizona. There is a tie based on the overall team. I think however Miami is a more attractive place to live and Manning having a condo and his wife liking the area and Ross willing to spend whatever it takes could give Miami the advantage.

Could this be how Madden 13 looks like?

Miami or Arizona top 2
But the Jaguars do have a good defense. I don’t see them getting him though even if they wanted him. Only AFC South team he’d go to is Titans since he lives nearby.
Lmao!

Jacksonville have a good D and I'm sure he'd love throwing to marshall and having bush at back
Also our OL is above average with a decent RT

That's what I thought
Jags were pretty close to the Dolphins this season in total defense (or so I thought).
Welcome a healthy Manning and Carl Nicks for protective measures.
Get the best man to clear every hurdle that stand in the Dolphins way, go RG3.
RG3, the new Transformer of the future.
Sign Manning!
There is a report Manning is willing to accept an incentive laden contract which eliminates the possibility of him not being able to play and getting paid big bucks. So Miami should definately sign manning. If he can plan, great, if not, then Miami will go with Matt Moore.
If the nerve doesn't fully regenerate,
you’re looking at Chad Pennington II – just so you know.
This is a stop gap win now thing and i get it
If he comes down to miami, great for us and the win nowers. We still need a franchise guy for the long term, wins for the long term, not just “NOW”. Remember the better out record the lower we draft and the chances are slim we get that guy. So if we can do both this year then go get him and pray he stays healthy enough to win now and mentor the new guy whoever it is.
Voted 6 time" MVP"..... Summercamp Pantyraid winner !!!!!!!!!
At most, a franchise guy will usually get you one superbowl
We have a chance to sign the best qb since Marino. And aside from this surgery, he’s barely had any injury problems, so he could be here for 3-5 years.
Founder of the Sherman-Griffin bandwagon.
we need Manning
to win now because there are no GURANTEES we will win now or later with any of these other guys..
I can't wait until March...March 8th Colts HAVE to make the decision right? Can't push it back
Even though we’re probably setting ourselves up for disappointment. The pessimism in me is saying he’ll end up on the Redskins or Cardinals and take them to the playoffs.
It's a must unless Peyton agrees for them to push it back
Miami's Superstars: Reggie Bush, Brandon Marshall, Jake Long, Mike Pouncey, Karlos Dansby, Cameron Wake, Vontae Davis and Sean Smith (just wait), Lebron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, Mike Stanton, Gaby Sanchez, Hanley Ramirez, Josh Johnson, Heath Bell, Mark Buehrle, Jose Reyes, Tomas Fleischmann, Stephen Weiss, Jose Theodore, and Chris Versteeg. :)
It's not that I DON'T want him
Id just prefer RG3

Confusion...
So Manning is throwing already, my question with his nerve (the millions of dollar question too) is does the nerve affect accuracy and power or just liability. I had a pinched nerve to the point of grip strength of 35psi vs 140psi in my good hand. I could still throw a football, lift, run, etc. The doctors just said over time (no idea how long) my hand strength would dissappear. Thus if he can read the D and throw the ball I say sign him period! Come practice day one the decision will be made. Why can’t the media just post him throwing or like TO did just post his own video of him throwing. I think if he posted that video Indy pays him and we trade up for Luck/RGIII.
Mannings Most Likely Top 5 Destinations... (according to me).
1. Retirement
2. Colts
3. 49ers
4. Dolphins
5. Cards
At least we made the (my) list…
Now, we may be able to leap-frog San Fran if they are too stupid to realize that 35yr old Manning is better than Alex Smith will ever be (and I like Alex Smith).
I think it’ll be hard to surpass the Colts, and that would only happen if he doesn’t call it quits, which I think is the most likely scenario. One hit could paralyze the guy, I don’t think he takes that risk. He has basically ANY football opportunity (whether it be coaching or broadcasting) open to him with-out that risk.
Anyways, that’s just my 2 cents. I’d love to get all excited about the possibility of Manning playing in Miami too, but I just don’t see it happening.
Manning also knows how to attack the dolphins so he wood help there also in telling the coaches where we are weakest!
As exploytation wood be a Rampant part of his offance!
