Everyone has their own opinions on what the Dolphins need to do this off season. I am just going to add another bubble to this boiling pot. Now there is this big Manning to Miami thing going on. I like Manning but I don't like the risk we will need to take for him. I have put my feelings aside about Flynn; if he is the real deal Philbin knows. However, while watching the combine I am falling for RG3. He's young, one of the most accurate passers to come out in a while, and a 4.41 forty time runner! I can't help but use exclamation! What the Fins need to do now is just trade down.
You can call me crazy but if we could trade down to the low first round for a 3rd, and 5th we can turn around and give that 3rd round and 5th round to the Rams along with our low first round and next years first. So in a sense if the Fins trade down we would only be trading away next years 1st round pick to move up to the Rams spot. We would still keep our 3rd and 5th round and could possibly give them less. I only say this because Eli was acquired by a trade of two 1st round picks with a 3rd and a 5th; and i expect the Rams to be looking for a similar offer. I think this would be the best way if we were to try and get RG3. The Dolphins have spent season after season picking up QB's in the second round or old guys and back ups in FA. I think it's time to make a move for a young contender, and if we do it this way we will not loose to much for him.
