Well we've made it through the nominations for all of the "Matty Awards." All that is left before we begin voting is nominating for The Joe Robbie Memorial Phinsider Hall of Fame. This is designed to recognize the best of the best, from the more than 10,000 members we have. And, it's decided by you, the readers, so it's even more powerful.

However, there is a stipulation. To be on the ballot, the person must have been a member of The Phinsider for over a year. The cut-off date is February 1, 2011. That means any person who was nominated for the Jake Long Rookie Blogger of the Year award is obviously ineligible for the Hall of Fame this year. That just means you have to wait until next year.

Since there was no Hall of Fame class last year, we will induct at least three new members and could go as high as seven. But, we will get into the specifics when we get to the voting process.

All you have to do is list the award, and the person (or people) you feel should be in consideration for that award. And, since there were no Matty awards last year, previous winners will be allowed to win the award this year.

Remember - this is not the vote. This is the nomination.
