A few mock draft scenario's for the fins (part 2 of 3)

Scenario 2: Matt Flynn

Free Agency- Matt Flynn, a DE

Round 1 (1):Mike Adams (OT)- We trade our 1st round pick and our 3rd round pick for the Bengals 2 1st round picks (17, and 21). Mike Adams is the 4th overall OT, and we need more depth at the tackle position

Round 1 (2): Mark Barron (SS)- One of our main concerns this offseason is safety, and getting the best safety in the draft at either 17 or 21 would be perfect.

Round 2: Dwayne Allen (TE)- If you read my 1st post then you know why I LOVE this guy. I also wanted to point out that a lot of people will disagree because they think that we don't need a TE, but Philbin really wants a standout TE like he had in Green bay. If he is gone, expect us to trade down again for more picks.

Round 4: Tommy Streeter (WR)- this guy is fast... he is a very dynamic athelete and it's never a bad idea to add another weapon for our new QB.

Round 5: Chris Rainey (RB)- He is one of the fastest players in college football, and could make a very good kick and punt returner, and this late in the raft, finding a player like this is rare.

RG3 edition coming tomorrow tell me what you think.

Not big on Rainey...

Allen may or may not be there, but hey, Fleener may. Fleener is the better receiving option IMO. If we somehow walked out of the draft with Adams, Barron, and Allen/Fleener, I would be very excited. I would even send Bacon to give you a giant hug!

Oh...

And I think Streeter may be a 2nd or 3rd round pick, but I love the kid’s potential. If he isn’t there in the 4th (probably won’t be after his workouts), you can substitute Russell Wilson in the 4th and I’d love it. Even if we sign Flynn, Wilson would be a great pick for a backup since it’s very unlikely Moore would be in Miami in 2013 if Flynn is on board.

Who would the Bengals be moving up to get?

and are we sure we don’t want that guy?

We had [Brady] down… but we didn’t kick him. We helped him up and gave him a PowerPuff Girls band-aid for his knee. What exactly did you expect would happen when we did that?

if you think about it

we could just get reiff, but this way we get a successful OT and another 1st rounder to get a safety we could definitely use
