The Miami Dolphins have a 7-0 lead on the Buffalo Bills at the end of the first quarter. The Dolphins scored on a 17-yard touchdown pass from Ryan Tannehill to Reggie Bush.

The Miami Dolphins have a 7-0 lead on the Buffalo Bills after the first quarter in Miami. The Dolphins scored on a 17-yard pass from rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill to running back Reggie Bush with three minutes remaining in the period.

The Dolphins have moved the ball well against the Bills early in the game. They already have 56 yards rushing, after being held to 60 yards against the Bills in Week 11. Miami has two running backs going already today, with Lamar Miller joining Bush. Miller has five carries for 29 yards, while Bush has six carries for 27 yards, along with two receptions for 31 yards and the touchdown.

Tannehill is currently 5-for-8 for 53 yards and the touchdown.
