The NFL's Thanksgiving Day football schedule is preparing to kickoff. The first two games of the day feature the traditional Thankgiving teams, the Detroit Lions and the Dallas Cowboys, hosting the Houston Texans and the Washington Redskins, respectively.

Later tonight the New England Patriots will visit the New Yorks Jets in an AFC East showdown.
