Dolphins at Bengals: Miami Dominates Third Quarter, Extends Lead to 17-6

The Miami Dolphins took a 7-6 lead into halftime, then dominated the third period to extend the lead to 17-6. The Bengals are threatening to start the fourth quarter.

The Miami Dolphins dominated the third quarter against the Cincinnati Bengals, scoring 10 unanswered points to extend the lead to 17-6. As the quarter ended, however, the Bengals were able to drive the field, to the Miami two yard line.

The quarter featured a 13-yard touchdown run from Reggie Bush and a 46-yard field goal from Dan Carpenter. Carpenter missed a 51-yarder to start the last drive from the Bengals.

Ryan Tannehill is 13-for-19 for 189 yards, with a 100.5 passer rating. Reggie Bush has 14 carries for 48 yards, with Daniel Thomas carrying 6 times for 15 yards. Both have a touchdown. BRian Hartline caught two passes in the quarter, moving his total to four on the day for 59 yards.
