Doing it the only way I know how,....with style.

While the season is month old this soldier has had to tow the line here at a local sports bars. And don't get me wrong, I love hanging out there while I'm home. But it's the live event that makes the whole NFL experience 1000% better than watching it indoors on TV. And now,....my 1st game of the year, in Ohio,....and for lack of a better word, the tailgate is my baby. At the last minute I got 28 people ( most strangers to me ) organized to sit together this weekend. And I get the feeling that our tailgate is going to draw several times that.

Now I got a million things going on and putting this togther was the last thing I wanted to do, but here I am,....right in the center of it. I leave Ohio in a few weeks for Florida via a week long vacation in the NYC area ( I love the way this schedule has worked out for me ! ). So now this week is even more hetic than usual. So what do I do ??? Fucking start yet another Dolphins arts & crafts project. When do I start it ??? Right after their 2nd consectutive overtime loss ! I'm twisted,....twisted right in the head.

I'm flying light to Cincy. No grill, no tunes, no ten tons of Dolphins shit to bog me down. Less is more. A flagpole (the largest they sell), some tables & chairs, and a brand new cooler. Well, it's not really new. But it got a brand new paint job. And, it's pretty good size too,...looks like she might hold over 3 cases. Bigger is better. Anyways,....here she is,....

So if you plan on heading to the game and want to gathering with bunches of other Dolphin's fans we'll be in Longworth Hall parking lot,...early. The format is simple, BYOB & potluck style for the food. Only positive attitudes welcome. If you are a dick, keep moving. We already have one of those and it's me ! As noted by the finishing touches to my new baby,...Photobucket

As always ( or at least for one more month ) I humbly ask for your support in the Dolphins Cycling Challenge. Just $1, or more if you can handle it, can make a difference. Again, I pledge to ride 170 miles as a sign of strength & courage for those of our loved ones that are sick. I ride in memory of an Uncle lost way too soon. I do this because I can, and I will continue to ask for donations until the day of the event. Please,....anything helps.
