The Miami Dolphins have allowed some big plays for the St. Louis Rams offense early in their Week 6 contest, but the bend-don't-beak defense stood up to force two field goals. The Rams lead 6-0 at the end of the first quarter.
The Miami Dolphins trail the St. Louis Rams 6-0 at the end of the first quarter. The Dolphins defense has allowed a 48-yard run and a 65-yard pass in the first period, but have held on to only allow the two field goals from the Rams.
The Rams lead the Dolphins 159 total yards to just 32 for Miami. The Dolphins came into this game allowing 67 yards of rushing per game; St. Louis has 70 yards on the ground through the first period.
The Dolphins have to get going in the second period, or else this game could quickly slip away from them.
