Ive been reading a lot of quotes like this lately and I'm not sure if its just the beat writers saying it or if it is actually coming out of Jeff Fishers mouth but if it is true I have lost a ton of respect for him as a coach and would only hope to see him go elsewhere. Take the St. Louis job for all I care then. Its not that I was leaning toward him being a favorite of mine to be our new coach but I would not have cried either if he did. Statements like this make me cringe.

1) I want a coach that wants the job, someone who is hungry to take on coaching our team and says "hell yeah, thank you for giving me the opportunity to coach the famed Miami Dolphins. Because some one like that is going to appreciate the job and want to see our team succeed. Not this attitude of " Eww I dont want to coach the fins because thats the division with the big bad Patriots in it, I cant look good if ive got to play against them." What, are you afraid of some real competition then? Well welcome to our world. The AFC Beast division, put on some big boy coaching pants and get a real job. I want a coach with some serious balls truth be told.

2) If he is in fact is only looking at the Rams because they have a debatable franchise QB in Sam Bradford ( I have yet to see any serious argument there yet) then again I call bullshit. Many of us have pointed out , many writers also covering our search and overall team ability have stated how talented of a team we already are and minus an A+ QB yet we are by far a much better overall team. We will be on the lookout and someday our stud will come, I want the coach that wants to find that guy.

Attitude is everything, If you dont want to be here, dont, quit your sniveling and go play for the other guy, or try to anyway. We dont need anyone who doesnt want to be here. Some of these guys' attitude is all wrong. At this point im not going to argue in favor of any one particular guy but If someone like Brian Billick is saying I would love to coach our fins why in the hell aren't we giving him at least an interview pronto. Not saying its him but someone who is aggressive to take the reins, someone who doesn't have to be cajoled and coddled into it, "Oh pretty please mr "star" coach please come play for us we are begging you." Bleh, kick rocks A**hole and give me a fighter, Im ready for the winds of change here. You get my point. I just pray our FO does too. We need a winner and winners have winning attitudes, they dont have to be coaxed into it they just have it.
