Brian Billick
Record 80-64 regular season
5-3 in playoffs with 1 Super Bowl victory
From his wiki page
“Billick fired offensive coordinator Jim Fassel on October 17, 2006, assuming the role for the remainder of the season, as the Ravens earned a franchise best 13–3 record, won the AFC North and earned the first playoff bye in team history.” <- Take charge person
Some people say that because he’s been out of coaching for so long that he might have a hard time putting together a good coaching staff. I think that’s a positive because it’s likely he’ll keep more of the current coaching staff around. Which will shorten the time needed for a turnaround.
Unlike Cower and Gruden he’s eager to get back into coaching and ha s openly stated he would be interested in the Dolphins. Lastly, Ross said he wanted a young Don Shula and he’s younger than Shula and also coached at Baltimore… What else do we need :)
