John Gruden always gave me the impression that he was more flash than substance. I can't see this guy taking us anywhere.

Jeff Fisher has had the stability that all coaches want. You know they say you can't always build a super bowl team in 4 years. Well Fisher had longer than all Miami coaches that came after Shula together and only has 6 years they made it to the playoffs and no super bowl wins either. I don't know how this can be the right guy for Miami.

Today the plane is moving for Dave Taub who I've never really hear of. Can this guy be the next Shula?

Billick has not boarded AirFin One but he spoke about being interested in the job and has won a super bowl. Also he has a .625 win percentage. I would be happy with those results.
