Mike Shula, a Name and a Whole Lot More

Forget Jeff Fisher. the Dolphins need an offensive guy that can develop a QB. Not just a QB, but another Dan Marino. You need a QB guy. Ask Tampa Bay or Jacksonville about that. They needed to bring along young talented and dare I say expensive QB's and couldn't because they had defensive minded Head Coaches.
Did anyone notice what Cam Newton did this year? Cam Newton was developed by one of the biggest names in Football. That's right, the Shula name. Not Don, but his son Mike who has earned a reputation for being a QB guru who has spent his lifetime around the game that made his papa a legend who still stands as the winningest Head Coach in league history.
The NFL game of today is about the QB position. The Saints figured it out and have been successful to the tune of a Superbowl and counting with Drew Brees and a QB guru in Sean Peyton.
Forget expensive, under achieving, over-hyped candidates like Jeff Fisher and do the right thing and get a guy that understands today's game and fits the Dolphins better than anyone else.
