WHAT IF Robert Griffin III is only 6 feet and 7/8" tall?
Would that cause him to fall to the #8 or #9 slot?
If so, would you still want to take him???
What do you think?

that would be drew brees' height, i wouldnt mind that, but he wont fall that far.
As long as they are over 6 foot and have talent, I wouldn’t mind. That’s the issue with russel wilson and kellen moore. Moore is under 6 foot and doesn’t have talent, while wilson is under 6 foot and does have talent. I wouldn’t take either just because they are under 6 foot.
RGIII or flynn, whichever one helps us win

However Drew Brees height is a limitation, particularly with how low he plays.
He leads the leaugue every season in passes batted at the line of scrimmage. Again this isn’t all due to his height but also to his body positioning, release point e.t.c. but for as phenomenal a player as he is, it is a limitation that he has had to work through.

First, he guaranteed he would measure 6'2" or higher at the combine
Second, I would trade up to #2 to draft him no matter what height he measures at the combine. Oh and he won’t get past Washington.

What if he's been playing with stelettos the last four years
And is only 5’7 would you still take him?

If he's 5'7" then how short is Luck and the rest of the Heisman finalists?
Luck was no more than 2" taller than him, so that would make Luck 5’9". :P

As for the question if his height turns out to be as low as has been speculated (although denied)
then he could fall in the draft. This is not a given however. He is an awesome prospect and Quarterbacks always go higher than they probably should due to the neccessity of the position. Furthermore we are talking about a draft class than is extremely thin of premier talent at the position, so even if he does fal,l he won’t fall far. In my opinion no matter his measurables he is going to go either 1 or 2 (most likely two). With Landry Jones and Matt Barkley both returning to school, I see very few scenario’s that allow him to fall past two.

To me, Luck looked no more than 2" taller
than RG3 when they hugged after the Heisman announcement. You be the judge. BTW Trent Richardson is suppose to be 5’11" and RG3 looked a lot taller than him.
