I thought their GM said last week they may be more interested in trading down.
All reports are speculation at this point, and anything can change on draft day. I think the Browns need more than RGIII to become a playoff team.
They did say they'd move down if they can still get the same player.
Again, it’s the season for misinformation and I expect at least 50 more stories about Cleveland trading up or down before the draft.
- Attempting to debate with a person who has abandoned reason is like giving medicine to the dead.
- Defeat isn't bitter if you don't swallow it.

As Finhead said, it's the season of smoke screens
If it’s being reported it is most likely misinformation. If I were St. Louis or Minnesota I would find a way to get reports out there about other teams to try and drive up the price. I think the only way Cleveland makes a move for the #2 pick is if Irsay loses his mind and takes RG3 over Luck. The minutes following that would be the craziest 10 minutes in draft history I am sure. lol
