Does anyone find it odd that J. Irsay fired his front office, but not the HC with the conclusion of the regular season. He was also quoted as saying he'd like to see another Super Bowl in his lifetime (I'm ad libing that). I'm wondering if this is a clear indicator that Irsay wants to keep Peyton around vs. developing a rookie QB and the Polian's had a different agenda. I honestly think Irsay wants to trade the pick to the highest bidder. Thoughts on this conspiracy theory.....
