Today is a busy day for Bowl games, including the Urban Meyer Bowl - or the 2011 Taxslayer.com Gator Bowl featuring the Florida Gators and the Ohio State Buckeyes.
For two programs that have a combined 10 National Titles, neither team performed to the level expected of them this season. Now they find themselves facing each other in a rematch of the 2006-2007 National Championship game.
Making this game more interesting is the Urban Meyer factor. Meyer resigned from the Florida Gators' head coach position at the end of last season, citing health concerns and a desire to spend time with his family. Less than a year later, it was announced that Meyer would be the next head coach of the Ohio State Buckeyes. Many Florida fans felt betrayed by their former coach, and this game, even though Meyer is not coaching it, could be a chance to vent that anger. Look for some - colorful - signs at the game.

Yeah I know about those. I once spent almost 7 hours in LAX waiting for my flight to NZ where I had another layover
of about 3 hours before flying in to Melbourne. It was a very long day and a half that started in Dallas.

Jeffery is monstrous. I would gladly take him or Michael Floyd. Blackmon will be taken by the Jags before we have a crack at him. We also need a stud right tackle (sorry, peeps). And though no one here wants to hear this, I believe this might be one of the best OT classes ever. All three guys could come in and immediately dominate on either side of the line.
