Why wouldn't he?

He came away “impressed” with Ross and the Dolphins according to reports and he could use extra picks (or players) to retool their terrible roster. If I was in his position and got an offer from say Washington and Miami that were nearly identical I would choose Miami, if for no other reason than they play in the other Conference.

I think he will if we are the highest bidder which is no different then if he had no relationship with them at all.
