I agree, Like the idea

Of them taking their time, i really hope they look at all good candidates, unsure why we are not hearing Chudinski’s name much, with what he did this past year, I would think he should be a given for at least an interview

I'm good with how things are going. I will tell you how I really feel when I see how the new staff rounds out.

While they make loke like “losers” to the national media because Fisher chose the Rams, I like the way they are going about their search. Ireland and his acorns all over again…lol. The national media hates us anyways, so why should now be any different. I am glad they are sticking to their plan, and researching in depths the coaches they want and not having a knee-jerk reaction because they lost their top guy. Kudos to them, and I think they will do it right. Here’s to the FO for once. Make us proud in FA and the Draft, and we will be in the playoffs before the Rams!!

Torn...

While I’m still bent over the early (in my opinion) firing of Sparano, I do think they are conducting a thorough search…

Although, that just tells me that there is no clear cut candidate. We were basically turned down by Harbaugh, Fisher (and to an extent Cowher and Gruden)… So basically, we have a bunch of average guys to sift through. No offense to those guys, but if there was a clear cut candidate out there, he’d have an offer already.

This is just one of those “best of the rest” kind of scenarios. I hate sounding like such a negative nancy the past few weeks, but the Front Office really hasn’t given us fans anything positive to clamor about.

I'll tell you whether I'm proud or pissed once I see our completed offseason...

Miami's Superstars: Reggie Bush, Brandon Marshall, Jake Long, Mike Pouncey, Karlos Dansby, Cameron Wake, Vontae Davis and Sean Smith (just wait), Lebron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, Mike Stanton, Gaby Sanchez, Hanley Ramirez, Josh Johnson, Heath Bell, Mark Buehrle, Jose Reyes, Tomas Fleischmann, Stephen Weiss, Jose Theodore, and Chris Versteeg. :)

I honestly could care less

It really doesn’t matter who our coach is.

Only thing that matters is if we have a Franchise QB on our roster next year.

I'm ALL- IN. Do whatever it takes to get Andrew Luck or RGIII to Miami in 2012.

Tom Brandstater- more TD's than completions. Last person to tell him that's not possible, well, nobody has seen him since.

I would disagree

Look at the 49ers this year and last year

Virtually identical roster, but great coaching has made all the difference

Harbaugh has turned Alex Smith into a stud

Miami's Superstars: Reggie Bush, Brandon Marshall, Jake Long, Mike Pouncey, Karlos Dansby, Cameron Wake, Vontae Davis and Sean Smith (just wait), Lebron James, Dwyane Wade, Chris Bosh, Mike Stanton, Gaby Sanchez, Hanley Ramirez, Josh Johnson, Heath Bell, Mark Buehrle, Jose Reyes, Tomas Fleischmann, Stephen Weiss, Jose Theodore, and Chris Versteeg. :)

Agreed 100 %

We need a Coach who can caoach what he has no matter what…

Ok so far....

I think not granting Fisher control over players was a bad move. As Parcells says, “If you’re gonna cook, they ought to let you buy the groceries.”. I am glad Fisher went to St Louis. I don’t think he was right for Miami. Miami needs an offensive mind, and not a defensive one. I am hoping they hire Carmichael away from New Orleans, though Philbin or Chudzinski would be ok also.

Gotta respect what they are doing

They didn’t cave in just so they could get the “big name” coach. And they didn’t panic after Fisher went to the Rams. They just continued on with their search. They are really taking their time and doing their homework to find a coach that best fits the organization and the team they want to build.

So far I like what they are doing

But we’ll see when it’s all done

Draft a first round QB and then build around him.
Please do not insult other phin fans if you disagree with them.

Neither proud nor pissed

Just waiting to see if it’s a move up to give us all some excitement and hope or just another stab in the dark with some positional coach who wants HC on his resume.
