You can make a video of any QB making bad throws
You want to make a 10 min video on Griffin’s bad throws and i’ll show you a good video of 5 hours of Griffin’s good plays.
I'm ALL- IN. Do whatever it takes to get Andrew Luck or RGIII to Miami in 2012.
Laces out!
-2008 AFC East Champions-
BRANDON MARSHALL- FUTURE MIAMI HOF WR!!!!!
Tom Brandstater- more TD's than completions. Last person to tell him that's not possible, well, nobody has seen him since.
You can't really judge a qb on highlights, either good highlights or bad highlights. You have to watch a whole game and make a judgement from that.
Things I’ve been told to watch for by people who know their onions are:
1) How many snaps under centre do they take?
2) How long do they stand in the pocket? Do they step up or roll out? If they rollout nearly every play, rollout out or scramble after their first read isn’t open, that type of thing won’t fly in the NFL.
3) How many 3rd and fourth reads do they make? If they’re only hitting the first and maybe second read every time, that also won’t fly in the NFL.
4) How many deep outs do they hit? Deep out is also known as the ‘pro out’ if they can hit this, they can make it in the NFL.
Number 4 is the only box RG3 ticks, while no doubt talanted, a lot of adjustments is needed to become an NFL qb. would you give up the 4 or 5 first day draft picks needed for someone who needs this much work? Especially with the emergence shown by Andy Dalton, and TJ Yates,
Matt Flynn has come out of a qb factory known as Green Bay, he ticks all of these boxes and wouldn’t cost any draft picks.
Oh and as Omar likes to say, he kills.
